Ventev’s PoE-powered, heated Enclosure is a plug-and-play solution engineered to enable the use of Cisco indoor APs in freezer and cold storage applications. Housed in a 12”x10”x5” NEMA 4X enclosure, this compact system includes a controlled heating element that keeps ambient temperature of the enclosure within manufacturer specified operating temperatures. This solution is offered either with a clear door or a solid door, and can utilize an integrated Omni antenna or an external Patch or Omni antenna, mounted independently. A single PoE line powers both the AP and the heating system.
